NOTES
-The competition is open to all interested candidates
-Participation in the competition is only allowed for active and passive participants
of the Festival
-Entry fees for the competition:
Category I: 70 BAM
Category II: 80 BAM
Category III: 90 BAM
Category IV: 100 BAM
Category V: 120 BAM
-The competition is open to the public and is public
-Competitors in all categories will be judged by two international juries in the first
stage. In the second stage, a combined jury of two will judge the final
-The decisions of the jury are final
-The order of candidates’ performances will be determined by drawing lots and will
be announced on the official website and social media of Guitar Fest Tuzla
-A list of scores for candidates from all categories, as well as the names of finalists
from categories 4 and 5, will be published at the Tuzla Cultural Center and on the
official website and social media of Guitar Fest Tuzla after the completion of
all categories
-5 candidates from categories 4 and 5 will advance to the second stage – the final
-The expected duration includes the candidate’s entire performance
-In case of exceeding the expected duration, the jury has the right to stop the
candidate’s performance
-All candidates are required to perform the entire program from memory
-Candidates cannot perform the same program or composition in both stages
-In case of a tie in points between two candidates, preference will be given to
the younger candidate
-Candidates will have access to the assessment through score sheets and
discussions with jury members
-Awards will be presented on November 19th at the National Theatre Tuzla at 6:00 PM

1. The deadline for registration is November 5th, 2023
2. Required documentation for participation registration:
-Completed registration form
-Copy of birth certificate or (ID card, passport) for competitors
-Program to be performed

4. Registration fees:
-PASSIVE PARTICIPANT: 100 BAM (admission to all concerts and passive
attendance at all masterclasses and promotions). If a passive participant wishes
to compete, they have the right to do so by paying an additional fee depending on
the category in which they want to compete
-ACTIVE PARTICIPANTS: 200 BAM (admission to concerts, 3 hours of choice for
passive attendance at all masterclasses, promotions)
5. Payments can be made on November 16th at the International Gallery, Tuzla
Cultural Center, at the Guitar Fest Tuzla registration desk from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
or on November 17th at the same location from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM
